Dental Assistant

Location: Malo Dental Prosthodontics

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• 32 hours per week

Compensation: Starting at $24/hour (open to discuss based on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced dental team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, is eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Surgical experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental and surgical procedures
• Take digital X-rays accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth patient flow
• Support team operations including sterilization, lab work, and inventory management
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• Surgical experience a plus
• X-ray knowledge required
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Fast learner with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
