About Us
Downtown Avenue is Christie George and Dejo Andersson, a Las Vegas based country duo performing 200+ shows annually at premier venues including Ole Red and Jason Aldean's Las Vegas. Christie is an alumna of Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Dejo is a Swedish platinum songwriter and producer. Together they deliver a full band sound built entirely live on stage through looping, live instrumentation, and two-person performance, with no backing tracks and no band. We are an independent act with serious momentum, a growing national profile, and a performance standard that keeps fans coming back year after year. Our team is small by design. Every person on it is an extension of our brand.
The Role
We are seeking a detail oriented, self-directed Operations Coordinator to manage the administrative and logistical backbone of a full-time working act. This is a precision role. Contracts, systems, content scheduling, and client communications must be handled accurately and consistently. The work is largely independent, and the standard is consistent excellence. Experience matters less to us than the right combination of personality, attention to detail, and practical intelligence. We are looking for someone who thinks through problems, exercises sound judgment, and knows when to act independently versus when to ask. If something is not working, we expect you to assess it and bring a solution, not a question.
What You Will Own
• Contract drafting, review, and management using established templates, ensuring accuracy on all names, dates, fees, and terms prior to distribution
• CRM and project management via Motion.ai, logging every lead, task, event, and engagement completely and correctly so nothing is overlooked
• Content scheduling via Agorapulse, publishing posts on time, formatted correctly, with accurate captions in alignment with our content calendar
• Basic graphic and visual asset creation using Canva, resizing images, formatting promotional materials, and supporting content needs as directed
• Email management, responding on behalf of the artists using established voice guidelines and escalating priority items promptly and with context
• Phone based outreach, follow up, and live communication with venues, agencies, buyers, vendors, and partners on behalf of Downtown Avenue, including discussion of availability, logistics, rates, and contract related details as directed
• Social media comment and DM monitoring, engaging with fans and followers professionally, with clear independent judgment on what to handle versus escalate
• General operations support including booking logistics, vendor coordination, travel research, and day to day administrative tasks
• Tracking show performance data, managing proformas and booking records, and maintaining organized internal documentation
• Team scheduling and internal communication via Connecteam, keeping logistics organized and current
What You Will Bring
• Exceptional attention to detail. Spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy in all client facing documents and communications are non-negotiable
• Strong independent judgment and practical problem-solving ability. You assess situations, consider options, and act with confidence rather than defaulting to constant check ins
• Proficiency with digital tools including Motion.ai, Agorapulse, Canva, Connecteam, and Google Workspace, or demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly and independently. Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support daily tasks is a plus
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep systems current without reminders
• Clear, professional written communication across contracts, emails, and social platforms
• Strong verbal communication skills and a high comfort level representing the artists by phone, including handling live conversations about bookings, logistics, rates, and deal terms professionally and confidently
• Availability during evening and weekend hours consistent with a working act's performance schedule
• Genuine familiarity with and appreciation for country music and the audience it serves. This is not incidental to the role
Who Thrives Here
This role is built for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in systems that run without friction, a clean CRM, a content calendar that never slips, and a contract with no errors. You notice things. You fix things. When something unexpected comes up, your first instinct is to think it through, not to immediately ask for direction. You understand that in a small team, your judgment and your standard are visible every single day. We are not looking for someone who needs every answer handed to them. We are looking for someone who brings answers, and knows the difference between a decision they can own and one that needs to come from us. You genuinely connect with the country music world and the values of the audience we serve. That alignment matters to us because it will show in how you represent us, in every email, every post, and every fan interaction. This is not a creative direction or artist management role. It is an operations and execution role, and for the right person, that is exactly the point.
Compensation
$25 per hour. Part time to start, with potential to grow with the team as the act scales.
