Eastland Partners, Inc. is a leader in residential and mixed-use development, with multiple long-term projects underway across Worcester County. We’re looking for a hands-on Field Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform construction layout, topographic surveys, and as-builts
• Layout roadways, grading, and site infrastructure
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and engineering drawings
• Operate Trimble GPS & robotic total stations
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment
• Work independently or with a crew (field + occasional office work)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of surveying experience (construction required)
• Strong understanding of field procedures & construction workflow
• Ability to confidently read construction drawings
• Experience with Trimble equipment & data collection
• Familiarity with Carlson Civil / Trimble Business Center (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
