Job Title: Part-Time Graphic Artist (Small Business)

Location: Remote but East Coast time zone

We’re a growing small business looking for a hands-on Graphic Artist who’s just as comfortable cleaning up a print file as they are designing a sharp sell sheet or a fun email header. You’ll be jumping in where we need you most and helping us make our products and brand look their best across print and digital. 

What You’ll Do

Prep and polish print files for press: check sizes, bleeds, colors, and fonts so everything runs smoothly at the printer. 

Design and update marketing materials like sell sheets, flyers, simple packaging mockups, and basic product one-pagers. 

Create graphics and layouts for e-mail marketing campaigns and simple digital ads.ziprecruiter+1

Support new product launches with visuals: logos or marks, labels, and product images for web and print. 

Keep our look consistent across everything we send out, while still leaving room for fresh ideas. 

Pitch in with quick-turn edits, resizes, and versioning when we have campaigns going out the door. 

What You Bring

Strong eye for layout, color, and typography, plus a portfolio that shows your style. 

Comfortable in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or equivalent pro-level tools). 

Experience preparing files for print: resolution, bleed, crop marks, color modes, and proofing basics. 

Some familiarity with e-mail design and platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar is a plus.

Able to take a rough idea (or not-so-pretty Word doc) and turn it into something clean and on-brand.

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working directly with a small team and occasional printer contacts.

Schedule and Pay

Part-time: roughly 5 -10 hours per week, with flexibility around your schedule. 

Remote

Hourly rate or flat project fee, depending on experience and fit.
