About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive, collaborative team. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, with opportunities to create your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support both individualized and group therapy sessions focused on functional mobility, strength, coordination, and participation.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers to promote skill development and carryover across settings.
• Participate in skill-building groups, family education sessions, and community events.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to organizational and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Current New Hampshire PTA license (required).
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for family-centered, inclusive care.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
