Wonderland Camp is hiring energetic, safety-conscious Challenge Course Staff to assist and facilitate activities on the camp’s challenge course. At Wonderland, we have 3 ropes elements which include a rock wall, a burma bridge, and a giant swing. This role will involve helping campers with climbing and other activities, requiring an adventurous mindset and a readiness to learn. The ability to provide clear and concise instructions as well as work with others is a necessity. 

The ideal candidate will have strong safety and risk management skills, as well as being an excellent communicator. Comprehensive training will be required and provided upon arrival. Challenge Course Staff will be operating and supervising the ropes course elements as well as making sure all equipment is well maintained. All of our ropes elements are fully adaptable which means every single one of our campers can participate in these activities. This position runs May through August, with potential for additional weekend shifts.
