Join the Zadran’s Kitchen team! We are looking for high-energy, professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local farmers markets. In this role, you aren’t just a cashier; you are a consultant helping customers discover a new world of high-quality, artisanal cuisine. You will manage a professional booth, handle both frozen and fresh inventory, and serve as the face of our growing Fredericksburg-based brand.

Key Duties

• Strategic Setup: Transport equipment and set up an inviting, organized booth. You will be responsible for merchandising products to maximize visual appeal and ensure the display remains "boutique-quality" throughout the day.
• Dual-Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls for both frozen and chilled inventory. You must be diligent about "Cold Chain" integrity to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet market-goers, share the story of our brand, and answer questions about preparation methods and ingredients.
• Seamless Transactions: Process sales accurately using a mobile POS system. Manage cash handling, digital receipts, and pre-ordered customer pickups with speed and precision.
• Operational Excellence: Track inventory levels in real-time and provide a brief "End of Market" report on popular items and customer feedback to help us plan for future weeks.

Skills

• Exceptional Communication: An outgoing personality with the ability to engage a diverse crowd and explain complex flavor profiles with enthusiasm.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (tents, weights, and commercial coolers) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with mobile POS systems (like Square or Clover) and basic retail math for quick, accurate transactions.
• Reliability: A valid driver's license and a proven track record of punctuality. Farmers markets have strict setup windows that must be met.
• Professionalism: High standards for personal grooming and booth cleanliness, reflecting our "white-glove" service approach.
