nsure delivery of professional nutritional services while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) care plans aligned with patient health goals.
• Assess medical, psychological, cultural, and environmental factors to provide effective nutrition interventions for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide diet prescriptions, nutrition counseling, and guidance on disease management, food–drug interactions, and enteral nutrition.
• Monitor dietary programs, conduct nutritional analysis, support menu planning, prepare regulatory reports, and provide staff training and nutrition education.
