Front of House Team Member/Barista 
(Full time and Part time positons available)

At Towne Coffee & Cuisine, our pace is fast and we take our food and coffee seriously—but we have a lot of fun doing it! If you enjoy working on a team, love great food and coffee, and thrive in a lively environment, you may be a great fit for our Front of House team. No coffee experience necessary. 

We are currently hiring Front of House Team Members to help deliver a warm, welcoming experience to every guest.

Responsibilities include:

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Running food to guests and ensuring orders are correct
Preparing coffee and other beverages
Bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Washing dishes 

Keeping the front of house stocked and organized

Helping create a friendly, positive environment for guests and teammates

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Team-oriented mindset
Dependable and punctual

Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Must be able to work at least one Sunday per month
