However, if you have mechanical skills—such as fixing a washing machine, lawn mower, or knowledge in automotive, carpentry, welding, maintenance, or electrical work—let us know! Work history involving problem-solving skills is also valued.

Part-time position – Up to 30 hours per week.
Flexible pre determined scheduling available based on your availability. Potential for full time down the road.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $20 per hour, with potential for raises and bonuses based on communication and technical performance. Direct deposit weekly; W-2 position. We are a legally compliant employer.

One-Man Show: Drives company bucket truck to commercial properties, connects with on-site managers, and adheres to safety standards while working at heights (up to 40 ft). Works in outdoor weather conditions (snow, rain, sunshine), maintains tools, and demonstrates strong spatial awareness when operating bucket truck. Works alone most of the time, but also willing to work alongside and be trained by experienced techs.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-driven problem solver who can complete jobs independently.
- Maintains a presentable appearance for customers.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Approaches mistakes as learning opportunities and takes initiative to improve.
- Reliable transportation to Ottawa Lake MI, or Sylvania OH.
- Valid driver’s license without points.
- Proof of identity and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years or older.
