TenderCare Children’s Centers has proudly served the Lewis-Clark Valley since 1987, providing high-quality childcare to families in our community.

We operate three locations in Downtown Clarkston, WA, serving children from 4 weeks to 12 years old. We are currently looking for amazing toddler teachers to join our team.

Schedule

Applicants must have open availability and flexibility within our operating hours:

Monday – Friday
5:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(No nights, weekends, or federal holidays.)

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Be able to pass a State & FBI background check
• Be willing to complete CPR/First Aid certification
• Complete required Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) trainings (we help with this)
• Have strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Have a genuine love for working with toddlers

Bonus points if you can stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and laugh at toddler jokes.
