🎨 About the Role
The Toddler Lead Teacher creates a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for children ages 1–3. This role is ideal for an educator who values creativity, structure, and strong communication with families and colleagues.
💛 What You’ll Do
•     Lead a toddler classroom with warmth, consistency, and developmentally appropriate practice
•     Plan and implement hands‑on, art‑centered, bilingual learning experiences
•     Support children’s social‑emotional growth through positive guidance
•     Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
•     Communicate daily with families in a professional, friendly manner
•     Collaborate with the director and team to uphold Artec Academy’s high standards
•     Follow licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies
📚 Qualifications
•     Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
•     DCF 45 hours (or willingness to complete)
•     CDA or higher preferred
•     Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
•     Reliability, professionalism, and genuine love for young children
