BrainPower Hour, LLC (BPH) is a structured, team-oriented virtual private practice serving individuals, couples, families, and adolescents throughout Georgia.

We are seeking fully licensed, trauma-informed clinicians who are ready to transition from high-burnout settings (community mental health, agencies, group practices) into a supportive, organized private practice model.

If you are an experienced clinician who values collaboration, systems, and high-quality trauma care — we would love to connect.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

✔ Clinicians leaving community mental health who want manageable caseloads
✔ Therapists trained in trauma modalities (EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, IFS-informed, somatic approaches)
✔ Providers who appreciate structure, clear expectations, and teamwork
✔ Clinicians who want steady referrals without managing business logistics

Position Overview

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Fully Remote (Georgia clients)
  • Atlanta Metro applicants strongly encouraged
  • 25 client hours per week minimum
  • Individual, couples, and/or family caseload
  • Administrative and credentialing support provided

Compensation Structure

We offer a competitive fee split designed to reward consistency and caseload stability:

This model allows clinicians to increase income while maintaining clinical focus — without managing billing, marketing, or administrative operations alone.
