Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist position located in Lutz, FL. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of conditions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include developing individualized rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, effective patient care with an emphasis on orthopedic and pediatric physical therapy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Experience providing high-quality patient care, particularly in orthopedic and pediatric populations
  • Knowledge or experience in home care settings and related care requirements is a plus
  • Strong foundational knowledge of medical principles relevant to physical therapy practice
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
  • Active and valid Florida Physical Therapist license
  • Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
