Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of mow crew foreman. This role is essential in overseeing various lawn maintenance responsibilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lawn maintenance, along with proven leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively.

Duties

• Supervise and motivate a team of crew members, ensuring efficient operation and timely completion of tasks.
• Operate and maintain commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment, performing tasks like blade sharpening and equipment repair.
• Oversee work activities to ensure proper execution of lawn maintenance, including mowing, pruning, trimming, and site cleanups.
• Enforce safety policies, ensure the proper use of PPE, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Address questions and resolve any issues that customers may have.
• Complete and maintain work logs, daily performance reports, and manage equipment fuel receipts.

Experience

• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
• Experience operating a variety of commercial lawn care equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with mowing techniques, lawn care best practices, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate trucks and trailers.
