About The Brand Lovely

The Brand Lovely is an independent botanical haircare brand focused on natural hydration for locs and textured hair.

Our products are:

• plant-based

• chemical-free

• designed for loc maintenance

• sold online and through salon partners

We are expanding our wholesale salon network and are seeking a motivated sales representative to help introduce our products to loc salons, natural hair salons, and boutique beauty retailers.

 

Position Overview

We are looking for an independent commission-based wholesale sales representative to introduce our products to salons and retail stores.

This role focuses on:

• prospecting salons

• generating wholesale leads

• closing wholesale accounts

• building long-term salon relationships

This is an ideal role for:

• beauty industry sales reps

• locticians or stylists with salon networks

• freelance beauty brand sales professionals

 

Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential wholesale customers (salons, locticians, beauty boutiques)

• Introduce The Brand Lovely products to salon owners

• Present wholesale pricing and product benefits

• Secure new wholesale accounts

• Build and maintain relationships with salon partners

• Generate recurring wholesale orders

Sales outreach may include:

• phone calls

• Instagram outreach

• email introductions

• in-person salon visits (optional)

 

Compensation

Commission-Only Structure

20% commission on first wholesale orders

10% commission on repeat orders for 6 months

Example:

Salon places first order: $180

Rep commission: $36

If salon reorders $180 two months later:

Rep commission: $18

This structure rewards reps for bringing in long-term salon partners.

There is no cap on commission earnings.

 

Ideal Candidate

Preferred experience:

• beauty industry sales

• salon product sales

• existing relationships with salons or locticians

Strong candidates are:

• self-motivated

• comfortable reaching out to businesses

• knowledgeable about textured hair or loc care
