Montessori Preschool Teacher (2 Positions Available)
Children’s Montessori Center – Alhambra, CA

Children’s Montessori Center is seeking two dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teachers to join our early childhood education team. Our center provides a safe, engaging, and authentic Montessori learning environment where children are encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

We are looking for passionate educators who enjoy supporting young children during their most important developmental years.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Implement Montessori-inspired learning activities and classroom routines
• Encourage independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning
• Maintain positive communication with parents and staff
• Follow California childcare licensing and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units required
• Previous experience working with preschool or young children preferred
• Understanding of child development principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create a warm and supportive learning environment
• Must meet California State licensing requirements for childcare staff
