Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide support for children with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education services.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with literacy education techniques and standardized testing procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm while working with students from diverse backgrounds.
