Brandmarch is building the digital network for specialty retail real estate.
The platform connects brands, brokers, and landlords and helps them discover opportunities, share information, and generate deals.
One of the fastest growing parts of Brandmarch is the Featured Broker program, which highlights leading retail brokers across the United States.
The program currently includes more than 50 top brokers and is expanding toward 400 nationally recognized brokers.
We are hiring a Director of Broker Community & Growth to lead this initiative.
This role combines community building, outreach, editorial storytelling, and program growth.
You will work directly with the founder and with many of the most respected retail brokers in the country.
What You Will Own
Featured Broker Program
You will manage and expand Brandmarch’s Featured Broker network.
Responsibilities include:
• managing relationships with existing Featured Brokers
• ensuring strong annual renewal rates
• recruiting new brokers across key markets
• expanding the program from 50 brokers to 400 brokers nationally
• maintaining the prestige and credibility of the program
Broker Network Growth
You will help grow the broker side of the Brandmarch network.
Responsibilities include:
• identifying top brokers in major markets
• inviting brokers to join Brandmarch
• encouraging brokers to claim and complete profiles
• activating brokers to contribute market insights and updates
The goal is to make Brandmarch the central network for retail real estate brokers.
Broker Content & Industry Visibility
You will help showcase brokers and elevate their reputation.
Responsibilities include:
• writing broker profiles and interviews
• producing a Featured Broker newsletter
• highlighting market insights and deal activity
• helping brokers share updates with the Brandmarch community
This content helps brokers build visibility while strengthening the platform.
Community Engagement
You will help build the broker community around Brandmarch.
Responsibilities include:
• organizing broker calls, discussions, or virtual events
• facilitating introductions between brokers, brands, and landlords
• encouraging participation and contributions from brokers
• helping the program grow market by market
Success in This Role
Success will be measured by:
• growth of the Featured Broker program
• strong renewal rates from existing brokers
• increased broker engagement on Brandmarch
• expansion of the broker network across major markets
