Summer Fenn Day Camp is an all-gender, premier day camp located on the scenic Fenn School campus in beautiful Concord, MA. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative instructor with experience managing groups of kids of different ages. The Nature/Science Lead offers age appropriate nature/science activities to 12-16 kids at a time (elementary + middle school grades) througout the camp day. We already have some curriculum ideas and bountiful supplies and a big campus to explore-  we just need a dynamic nature lover to really own the program and deliver 40min activities in an engaging and age appropriate way for our different camp groups.
Our ideal candidate is flexible and engaging, someone who takes the time/effort to be prepared, and has the executive function skills to manage their time, supplies, stay organized and care for their space. 
Most importantly we need someone who is passionate about sharing and exploring nature with kids and truly loves to be with kids of all ages!

We have a full service dining hall and provide complimentary lunch every day (hot entrees, salad bar, deli bar, yogurt, fruit, sides…)
Our staff returns year after year because of the warm and supportive environment, stable and competent leadership, and our schedule and operations are a well-oiled machine.
We love to support cross training for our team and often pay for certifications like archery, lifeguarding, challenge course, and first aid/cpr. 
Pay range is $750-$900 per week, plus meals, gear, and excellent training.  

Must be 18 minimum age (or a 17.6yr old high school grad) by June 1st, and must be available from 6/22-8/16.
MUST have experience in group activity delivery with kids.
