Job Title: Finish Carpenter – Multifamily Construction

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently seeking 4 experienced Finish Carpenters for a multifamily construction project in Plymouth, MI.

This project is expected to last several months, and work begins Monday, so we are looking to hire qualified candidates immediately.

Position Overview

Finish Carpenters will be responsible for completing interior finish carpentry work within newly constructed multifamily and apartment units. This role requires precision, experience with trim installation, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Hanging and casing pre-hung wood doors
• Installing wood window sills and aprons
• Installing wood base molding and interior trim
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting finish carpentry materials
• Ensuring accurate installation and clean finishes
• Maintaining productivity while meeting project deadlines
• Following jobsite safety requirements and maintaining a clean work area

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of finish carpentry experience
• Experience working on multifamily or apartment construction projects preferred
• Must have own tools required for finish carpentry work
• Must have required PPE (boots, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses)
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
