Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Salesperson. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored lighting solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, delivering detailed product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. You will also work closely with the team to meet sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), lead generation, and retention
Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, and Closing strategies
Effective Communication, Active Listening, and Persuasion skills
Ability to work independently with excellent Time Management and Organization abilities
Proficiency in technology tools related to sales (e.g., CRM software) is a plus
Prior experience in home improvement, lighting, or related industries is advantageous
