NATIONWIDE SEARCH: SOUTHEAST PA, A warm, engaged family is seeking an experienced, proactive LIVE-OUT (local candidates preferred) FULL-TIME NANNY/ HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANT outside of DELAWARE to care for their three children and help keep their household running smoothly as their family’s needs continue to grow. This is a long-term opportunity for a career-minded caregiver who values strong communication, thoughtful organization, and creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment for children. The family is deeply invested in building a lasting relationship with a nanny who wants to grow alongside them and become an integral part of their children’s daily lives. 

The ideal candidate is calm, patient, warm, and well-structured; someone who genuinely enjoys engaging children through creative play, outdoor activities, and developmentally appropriate learning. Experience supporting neurodivergent children or familiarity with behavioral or ABA-informed strategies is highly valued, as is comfort implementing agreed-upon routines, behavioral supports, and seasonal transitions between school and extracurricular activities. The family is seeking a nanny who is naturally proactive, organized, and confident helping a busy household stay on track, while maintaining a nurturing and emotionally attuned presence with the children.

This averages approximately 45 hours per week, with flexibility appreciated for occasional extended hours or travel support with advance notice. Pay is $30-35/hr gross + PTO + 5 sick days + health insurance stipend. This opportunity is best suited for a thoughtful, dependable, and experienced nanny who values long-term commitment, enjoys working collaboratively within a busy household, and takes pride in providing consistent, loving, and developmentally informed care.
