We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to market new and used boats, manage online listings, and support the sales team. This role focuses on creating listings, capturing photos and videos, managing social media content, and assisting with lead tracking and deal documentation. 

Responsibilities

• Create and manage online listings for new and used boats
• Take photos and videos of boats for ads and social media
• Post and manage content on social media platforms
• Track and organize sales leads
• Prepare documentation once a deal is put together
• Ensure all listings and marketing materials are accurate and up to date

Qualifications 

• Experience with social media platforms
• Comfortable taking photos and videos
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of powersports 

What we offer

• Pay: $25/hour (pay increases based on performance)
• This position will start as part-time (approximately 25 hours per week). As responsibilities and performance grow, there is strong potential for advancement into a full-time role with increased hours and compensation.
