Looking for steady part-time work while pursuing your academic goals?  This is the perfect job for a student from any academic discipline and any year in school.  As long as you have reliable transportation and can follow a driving route in residential neighborhoods, we can teach you the rest.

PMI Northeast Atlanta provides community management services to homeowner associations located in Gwinnett, Hall, Forsyth, and Fulton county.  This position will assist Community Managers in completing our monthly driving inspections by capturing video footage of the communities we manage every month using a gopro camera mounted to your car's passenger window.  

Our flexible schedule options make this a perfect job for a student schedule.  All we need it the ability to commit to at least 1 regular day each week.  If you can commit to more days that is even better.

Our inspections are schedules in the morning Monday to Thursday each week typically starting at the office around 8:30 or 9:00 AM.  A normal day will consist of 2 - 4 hours of driving to capture videos followed by 30-45 minutes of uploading the videos to a proprietary software system using a company provided computer.  

We will provide any necessary training and there is potential for year-round work for students that are interested.

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have your own reliable transportation - we do not have company cars.
