Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will actively promote our services, develop new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and expand our territory. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us grow our customer base while delivering exceptional service. No prior sales experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Duties

  • Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories through market analysis and outreach
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our window cleaning services to prospective clients
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business deals
  • Collaborate with management on territory management strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize growth
  • Identify and prospect new commercial clients (property managers, office buildings, retail centers, etc.)
  • Conduct in-person visits, cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Generate and manage leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and present service proposals and pricing
  • Close new business and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Track activity and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

Experience

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other sales management tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, upsell services, and close deals effectively
  • Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • A clean driving record, Drivers License, reliable transport (preferably a car) punctuality, and a professional appearance are essential for success in this role
