The Mission: To support the team through disciplined labor and a commitment to learning the fundamentals of high-impact space construction.

 

Role Summary: You are the foundation of the crew. You focus on site preparation, material handling, and anticipating the needs of the team to ensure project momentum.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware & Assembly: Unboxing components, sorting hardware (nuts/bolts), and holding posts level while they are being braced.
  • Site Preparation: Manual stone hauling, shoveling, and learning company terminology and installation processes.
  • Turf Support: Carrying turf rolls and bagging or hauling infill materials.
  • Anticipatory Support: Thinking ahead of the next steps to prepare materials and tools before they are needed.
  • Site Stewardship: Maintaining strict site cleanliness and moving to wherever the physical workload is heaviest.

 

The Package

  • Wage: Competitive Hourly Rate.
  • The Stability Bank: Long-term security for dedicated team members. Eligibility begins after 2 years of service, with a 120-hour cap.
  • Seasonal Balance: Includes a Mandatory Winter Shutdown to ensure a predictable seasonal break.

Gear

  • Field Gear: You will be provided with a Field Backpack (including a full PPE/Safety Kit), high-vis apparel (shirts and pants), and a yearly boot allowance.

 

The Daily Rhythm (Expectations)

  • Start Time: 6:45 AM at the shop.
  • Travel: You are paid your full hourly rate for all travel time in company vehicles. We do not "dock" pay for travel.
  • Lodging: For overnight projects, the company provides and pays for clean, reputable accommodations (max 2 team members per room).
  • Per Diem: $40 daily tax-free meal allowance for every night spent away from home.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 80lbs and work in outdoor heat.


 

Path to Promotion: Master the fundamentals of site prep and tool operation to move toward Field Associate.
