We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the face (and voice) of our company. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and a vital support system for our internal team. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Switchboard: Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring every caller is directed to the correct department or individual.
The Hub: Greet guests and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional lobby environment.
Clerical Support: Handle essential back-office tasks, including:
Running and distributing basic daily/weekly reports.
Printing, assembling, and mailing company manuals and documents.
Managing outgoing mail and incoming deliveries.
General Admin: Assist with filing, data entry, and other light administrative projects as needed.
What We’re Looking ForCommunication Skills: You have a clear, professional speaking voice and a "can-do" attitude.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Attention to Detail: You take pride in making sure manuals are printed correctly and reports are accurate.
