Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembler – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 (pay based on experience)

We are currently seeking a PCB Assembler for our 1st shift team. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train motivated candidates. Applicants with previous PCB or electronics assembly experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble printed circuit boards according to instructions and specifications

Perform basic electronic component placement and assembly

Follow work orders, diagrams, and production guidelines

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to distinguish colors accurately (color vision required)

Comfortable performing detailed, repetitive tasks

Ability to work in a clean, production environment

Work Environment:

Light-duty work (no heavy lifting required)

Very clean and organized facility
