-Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Partner who will act as a strategic growth representative. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with founders and decision-makers, and positioning DragonDevAgency as a trusted technology partner.

This is not a fixed-salary role. It is a revenue-sharing partnership designed for motivated individuals who want to build recurring income through long-term client relationships.

-Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn and professional networks
Conduct market research and identify companies undergoing digital transformation
Initiate conversations with founders, executives, and decision-makers
Qualify leads and assess project potential
Coordinate and schedule discovery calls with our leadership team
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong professional relationships
Maintain organized records of outreach and pipeline activity
Represent DragonDevAgency professionally in business discussions

-Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or technology services
Active LinkedIn presence and comfortable with professional outreach
Basic to intermediate English communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term growth vision
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in sales, marketing, startups, or tech companies is a plus but not mandatory.

To ensure smooth collaboration:
Dedicated secondary laptop or PC
Device available for secure remote access during agreed working hours
Stable and reliable internet connection
System permissions that allow remote access configuration

-Compensation Structure

20% revenue share on all projects acquired through your direct outreach
Recurring monthly commission for long-term contracts
No income cap
Scalable earning potential based on performance

Example:
If a client generates $5,0000 per month in recurring revenue, your share would be $1,0000 per month. Multiple active clients significantly increase total income.
