Job Overview
Indian Creek Golf Club is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time position with a solid crew, consistent hours, and a great work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare daily menu items following standardized recipes
  • Operate kitchen equipment including char grill, flat top, fryer, and oven
  • Practice proper knife skills and follow FIFO and food safety standards
  • Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
  • Assist with tournaments, events, and catering functions as needed
  • Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow cooks
  • Focus on daily food execution, allowing leadership to concentrate on ordering and catering during busy season
  • Support team goals and contribute to a team-first culture

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of cooking experience preferred
  • Food safety knowledge and clean kitchen habits
  • Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • High school diploma preferred
