I am a local small business owner and educator working on several active projects in wellness education and publishing. I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant for a short-term project focused on organizing digital files, tracking basic financial information, and helping maintain weekly project momentum.
This is an ideal role for a student or early-career professional who enjoys organization, systems, and turning busy workflows into clear structure.
Project Timeline
Approximately 6 weeks (March–April)
10–20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling
Responsibilities
Organize and restructure Google Drive folders and files
Rename and sort documents using clear naming systems
Help log and organize financial records (spreadsheets provided)
Compile and track project to-do lists
Assist with basic administrative organization
Provide weekly check-ins to help maintain project timelines
Prepare materials for review (no writing or marketing required)
Skills & Qualities
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Detail-oriented and reliable
Able to follow systems and improve them when needed
Comfortable working independently
Clear communicator
Bonus but not required:
Experience with spreadsheets or bookkeeping basics
Interest in wellness, education, or small business operations
Compensation
$18-20/hour depending on experience
