We are seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with toddlers in a preschool or daycare setting. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to help children grow and develop.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Supervise and engage with children during activities
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience

Qualifications

- Has COMPLETED ALL 45 DCF hours
- Must have a Current CDA, FCCPC, or National CDA
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Willing to work with any age depending on where the need is necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning (we use creative curriculum transitioning to Funny Daffer)
