Big Island Express Car Wash in Kona is hiring energetic, customer-focused individuals to help grow our Unlimited Wash Club program and keep the island shining—one clean car at a time!

Position Overview

As a Club Sales Ambassador, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary focus is educating customers about our wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club, confidently asking for the sale, and helping to grow our memberships. This is a customer-facing sales role that requires initiative, consistency, and strong communication skills.

What you will do:

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Promote and explain Unlimited Wash Club benefits
• Actively engage customers and drive membership sign-ups
• Assist with vehicle prep and site operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Represent the company with positivity

• Strong communication skills

• Sales or customer service experience required
