Sales Representative / Community Liaison – Home Health Nursing Agency / Director of Nursing / Nursing Agency Administrator

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Palm Beach County)

Compensation: $57,000 Base + Uncapped Bonuses + Profit Sharing + Equity

Palm Beach County’s leading nursing and home care agency, with over 20 years of excellence, is expanding its team! We’re seeking full-time and part-time Sales Representatives / Community Liaisons to help grow and manage relationships with hospitals, Doctors, nursing homes, and home care providers across the region.

About the Role:

This position offers flexibility (including remote options) and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our footprint in Palm Beach County. You’ll connect healthcare organizations with our trusted staffing and home care services while enjoying a strong compensation package and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, staffing, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
