Responsibilities:

Room patients and take vital signs

Prepare patients for exams and procedures

Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures

Perform EKGs, injections, blood draws, and specimen collection

Maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam rooms

Update and maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems

Follow infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.

Support clinical and administrative staff with daily office tasks.

MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience

Previous experience in a medical office preferred

Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
