Evolution Moving is a local family-owned small business with several locations in Texas. Evolution Moving offers the ultimate standard in customer service within the moving industry. We are searching for dedicated team members who enjoy working hard, working within a team, and most importantly helping people. We are searching for employees that our customers can trust, that can complete moves efficiently, and overcome and solve problems daily. We work throughout Texas but concentrate mostly on local moves. We work mostly from 8am-5pm though every day is a little different.

Experience is not necessary - we will train you on how to move things the right way. Must be ready to learn and practice proper technique.

Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, cell phone, no major background violations, RELIABILITY, trustworthiness, and formal and friendly communication with customers. Ability to handle the athletic nature of this job.

We have two tiers of movers:

• Movers are hired at $18/hr to start. Mover pay ranges from $18-$20/hr based on experience plus equal split of tips.
• Lead Movers are fully trained professionals and earn $21-$24 per hour plus equal split of tips. Lead movers must be 21+, undergo a training period as a mover, and be eligible to drive commercial trucks.

Weekly tips can range from $200-$400 on average for a 5 day work week. We are proud to pay our guys well and in turn, expect you to represent our company to the best of your abilities. A typical full-time schedule can be between 30 and 50 hours. Overtime is available to those who seek it.
