Responsibilities:

* Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts

* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information

* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required

Experience:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-related field

* Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

* Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
