The DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs (RPCA) is currently seeking Certified Teachers and Qualified Tutors to support our BOOST Afterschool Program.

We are hiring part-time professionals to provide academic support in literacy, math, and STEM for students in grades K–8.

Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Location: DeKalb County – Hamilton Recreation center
• Pay Rate: Competitive hourly compensation
• Program Start: February 23, 2026 (ongoing opportunities)

Qualifications:
• Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate (preferred for certified roles)
• Tutors must have relevant subject expertise and experience working with youth
• Ability to pass background screening
• Passion for student achievement and well-being
