Clinical Social Workers needed to provide services for clients in senior living communities throughout the north, south and western suburbs. If you are passionate about helping older adults improve their emotional, cognitive health, and daily functioning, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.

What the position entails:

• Complete initial assessments addressing psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
• Provide weekly psychotherapy sessions to residents in senior living communities.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and our supportive clinical team.
• Maintain timely progress notes and required documentation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear, goal-oriented interventions

Qualifications:

• Master'sDegree in Social Work
• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois
• Knowledge in Mental Health and Behavioral Health practices
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
