Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and adaptable Marketing Intern/Assistant who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. This role offers practical experience in hospitality-focused marketing while also providing exposure to executive operations and agency management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
• Assist with daily social media management (scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, reporting)
• Support content creation for hospitality and F&B clients (captions, short-form copy, coordinating visuals)
• Help draft newsletters, email campaigns, and customer communications
• Conduct market and competitor research within the hospitality space
• Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting
• Support community engagement and online reputation management
Executive & Operational Support
• Provide personal assistant support to the CEO
• Run local errands as needed
• Assist with light office organization and administrative tasks
• Help coordinate appointments and scheduling
• Support general day-to-day operational needs
