About the Role

Cesar Graphics is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Customer Service Representative with some experience in customer service and basic graphic design skills. This role is ideal for someone who is open-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced print shop environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers—handling walk-ins, answering phones, preparing quotes, and assisting with basic file setup and exporting using Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and assist with basic print-related questions

Answer phones and provide information on products and services

Keep up with email order requests and estimates

Prepare estimates and quotes

Create invoices and manage orders using QuickBooks

Provide customers with updates on order status

Perform basic graphic design tasks, including: Simple file setup and formatting for print

Exporting files correctly using Adobe Creative Suite

Minor adjustments when needed

Make simple copies and handle blueprint printing

Communicate clearly with the production and design team

Maintain an organized front counter and workspace

Required Qualifications

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required

Customer service experience (retail or service-based preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite basic experience required (Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)

QuickBooks experience (invoicing and estimates)

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Bonus Stars (Not Required)

Experience in a print or sign shop

Additional design or production knowledge
