Showroom Assistant / Customer Service & Operations Support

Kitchen & Bath Showroom

We are a second-generation, family-owned kitchen and bath showroom with over 6 years of experience in the industry. Our newest location has been open for 2 years and continues to grow primarily through client referrals and strong relationships. We are looking to hire a dependable, personable individual to become my right hand in the showroom.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, and being part of a family-oriented business, with the opportunity to grow into sales in the future.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival to the showroom
• Serve as the main point of contact when I am out of the showroom taking measurements or visiting job sites
• Assist clients with product selections (full training on all products will be provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Help organize displays, move materials, and support general showroom operations
• Pick up small deliveries from vendors and deliver items to client homes
• Occasionally driving a box truck (very rare)
• Support daily operations and assist wherever needed

Qualifications

• Professional, presentable, clean-cut appearance
• Friendly, respectful, responsible, and reliable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Design background or interest in design is a plus (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving for pickups and deliveries
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing showroom materials and deliveries
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed
