Hiring for the following positions: Lifeguard, Head Guard, Gate Attendant & Swim Instructor
LIFEGUARD
- Constantly scan and supervise the pool and deck to prevent accidents and spot swimmers in distress.
- Enforce pool rules and safety policies to maintain a safe, fun environment for all patrons.
- Respond quickly to emergencies: perform rescues, administer first aid, CPR, and activate emergency procedures as needed.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and basic facility upkeep (e.g., skimming surface, checking equipment, light cleaning).
- Educate patrons on safety and promote positive interactions.
- Participate in team trainings, drills, and in-service sessions to stay prepared.
HEAD GUARD
- Lead and supervise lifeguards during shifts (e.g., scheduling rotations, assigning positions, conducting checks).
- Ensure overall pool safety, enforce rules, and handle emergencies or rescues as needed.
- Perform daily inspections, maintain cleanliness, and assist with basic facility operations.
- Train or mentor newer guards, communicate with management, and address patron concerns.
GATE ATTENDANT
- Greet and check in guests/members at the entrance, manage attendance, and control access to the facility.
- Enforce entry/access rules from the gate/deck area, assist with crowd control, and direct patrons.
- Handle basic customer service (answering questions, providing info, resolving minor issues).
No prior experience required - We provide training and certification (including American Red Cross or equivalent lifeguard certification) for qualified candidates.
Flexible schedules - Work part-time or full-time shifts that fit your summer plans, school, or other commitments.
Work with a supportive crew, gain valuable life skills (responsibility, leadership, CPR/first aid), and enjoy outdoor work in community pools and facilities.

LIFEGGUARD
- At least 16 years old by the start of the season
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic about water safety.
- Able to pass a pre-employment skills assessment (swim test) and background check.
- Current certifications a plus but not required - we offer training classes!
HEAD GUARD
Typically 18+ years old must have or obtain current lifeguard certification (training available if needed).
Prior lifeguard experience preferred; reliable, leadership-oriented, and strong swimmer.
Higher pay than standard lifeguard roles; flexible summer schedules with more responsibility and skill-building (great resume booster for college/high school students).
Ideal for those wanting advancement from entry-level lifeguard.
GATE ATTENDANT
At least 21 years old; no lifeguard certification required (though helpful).
Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and good with people; basic customer service skills.
Assertive personality, conflict resolution skills
Often flexible part-time shifts; outdoor summer work
