Job SummaryWe’re looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will prepare high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed
Ensure food is cooked and plated correctly and on time
Handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy service periods
Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
