Exterior Cleaning and Property Services Technician Full Time

Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 8am to 6pm. Some early mornings may be required depending on weather and job scheduling. Year round work.

We are a growing property services company hiring a full time Exterior Cleaning and Property Services Technician. This is a hands on outdoor role working on residential and commercial properties. Services include pressure washing, soft washing, Christmas light installation and removal, snow removal, and other exterior property maintenance services throughout the year.

No experience required. We provide training.

Responsibilities

Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, sidewalks, siding, and other surfaces
Assist with soft washing of homes and buildings
Install and remove Christmas lights during the holiday season
Assist with snow removal in winter conditions
Drive company trucks to and from job sites
Safely load, unload, and transport equipment
Set up, operate, and maintain professional equipment
Handle hoses, ladders, tools, and materials safely
Ensure job sites are clean and professional before leaving
Communicate respectfully with customers on site
Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

Reliable and punctual
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving company vehicles
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and various weather conditions
Able to lift and move equipment throughout the day
Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
Willing to start early on certain days when needed
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work
