Internship: Phone outreach  for Passport DC AWET & Embassy Chef Challenge
Du Plain Global Enterprises is seeking an intern to assist with coordination of the 19th annual Passport DC AWET  “Around the World Embassy Tour” and the 18th  annual “Embassy Chef Challenge.” - two popular award-winning cultural diplomacy programs. The internship will run from now until June 15 and will require 15–20 hours per week.
Primary responsibilities include reaching out to 180 embassies by phone to confirm their participation and maintain related databases (google.doc) The intern should be a student available during daytime hours, comfortable making phone calls in English, and working with international contacts. While this is an unpaid internship, there will be benefits and a stipend provided at the conclusion of the event. You will work from home but may be required to attend both events.
