Sous/Prep: Candidates must be able to assist and backup Head Chef with plated meals & self-serve “chafer” meals (~60 meals/3x day), work independently prepping food and meals as directed, follow and assist RRR and Head Chef with ServSafe and Teton County Health standards, and thrive in an upbeat, busy, and very close-knit environment. You will be responsible for working with the chef and dishwasher to keep the kitchen sanitized and clean daily. This position requires cooking/kitchen experience, emotional maturity, a genuine eagerness to learn, the ability to follow directions well, and the ability to spend long hours on your feet. Ability to bake is bonus.
