Lawn Care Crew Member

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Mow Crew Member to join our lawn care team. In this role, you'll work alongside a crew leader to provide high-quality mowing and lawn maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowers (stand-on and zero-turn) to maintain lawns
• Perform trimming, edging, and blowing for clean, finished results
• Ensure lawns are mowed at proper height and patterns are consistent
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools
• Follow crew leader instructions and work efficiently with the team
• Maintain a clean, safe work area on all job sites
• Identify and report any turf or property concerns to the crew leader

Qualifications

• Previous mowing or landscape experience preferred (but not required)
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred (required for driving positions)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
• Occasional overtime or Saturday work during peak season
