DataGuy AI Academy, a veteran-owned educational business in Arlington, Tennessee, is looking for a Game Testing & Development Intern to join us on something exciting — and you don't need to be a programmer to apply. We're building AI Dive World, a 3D multiplayer educational platform where kids and families learn technology through actual gameplay, and we need someone who loves gaming, is curious about AI, and wants to turn that curiosity into real skills. Your job is simple at first: play the game, break things, tell us what's broken, and help us make it better. You'll test multiplayer sessions, explore mechanics like our radial inventory system and AI companion Sparky, and write up what works, what doesn't, and what's missing. But here's where it gets interesting — as you settle in, we'll teach you how to use AI coding tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to start reading code, making small fixes, and eventually building new features yourself. No textbooks, no lectures, just real project work on a live platform that people actually use. We're looking for someone who tinkers, asks "what if," and gets excited when they figure something out — whether that's a clever ChatGPT prompt, a game mod, or just a YouTube tutorial they followed all the way through. If you've got basic computer skills, reliable internet, strong written communication, and 10 to 15 hours a week, you've got what we need. Any exposure to HTML, JavaScript, Git, or game development is a bonus, but honestly, eagerness beats experience every time.
